Ed Stergar
INSPECTOR / OWNEREd Stergar, owner of Elite Property Inspections is highly experienced with over 28 years in the inspection industry. In the past, he has served as a City Building Inspector and as the project manager overseeing the building of water and sewer projects. Ed is also well versed in construction having worked as a handyman in the past and currently investing in flip properties. In addition, Ed has served on his HOA board for more than 8 years. Ed brings this experience to each of the more than 350 inspections per year he performs.
William Ed's Electrician
INSPECTORWilliam is a dedicated home inspector. In addition to the 1000 inspections William has been on, he also has a strong foundation in construction. William’s experience in flipping property further enhances his ability to identify potential issues and provide valuable insights. During the past two years, William’s passion for the safety and quality of all properties has shown through in each inspection.
